1. In the app (recommended)
- Open NOXSIGN Player and tap the account icon at the top right.
- Scroll down and tap "Delete account", then confirm.
- Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
2. By e-mail
If you no longer have access to the app, send a request from the e-mail address of your account to destek@iskaysoft.com with the subject "NOXSIGN Player account deletion". We process requests within 30 days at the latest.
3. What is deleted
- Your e-mail address and sign-in verifier.
- All devices linked to the account and their pairing records.
- The encrypted source package (which we could not read anyway).
- Store purchase records held for the account. Purchases themselves stay with Google Play / App Store.
Data kept on your device (source list, favourites, history) is removed when you uninstall the app.
Connection records required by law are kept for the statutory period only.
