Scope: NOXSIGN Player application (Android, Windows).
This document states plainly what NOXSIGN Player is and what it is not. To leave no room for doubt: NOXSIGN Player is a player; it does not provide broadcasts.
1. Nature of the Application
1.1. NOXSIGN Player is media player software that runs on Android devices and Windows computers. Its function is to decode the audio and video coming from a source added by the user and present it on screen.
1.2. The application is not a broadcasting service, a content platform, a subscription service or a content index.
2. What İskay Soft Does Not Provide
2.1. İskay Soft does not provide, offer, sell, host, retransmit or index any television channel, film, series, sporting event or other content.
2.2. İskay Soft does not sell or broker content subscriptions, channel packages, playlists or portal accounts.
2.3. The application's source code, installation package, default settings and distribution repository contain no broadcast address, channel list, content link, user name or password.
3. Origin of the Content
3.1. The content played comes solely from the source the user enters into the application themselves.
3.2. The user obtains that source from a third party independent of İskay Soft.
3.3. Audio and video flow directly from the user's provider to the user's device. At no point does content pass through İskay Soft's servers, nor is it copied or stored by İskay Soft.
3.4. İskay Soft does not know and does not record which source the user added, which content they opened, or what they watched.
4. The User's Responsibility
4.1. The user is solely responsible for the lawfulness of the source added, for holding the necessary rights and permissions, and for complying with that source's own terms of use.
4.2. The user may not use the application to access copyright-protected content without the rights holder's permission.
4.3. The user may not use the application in breach of the laws of their country.
5. For Rights Holders
5.1. Because İskay Soft neither hosts nor transmits any content, it is not technically the correct addressee for content removal requests. Such requests should be directed to the source that actually serves the content.
5.2. Nonetheless, rights holders who wish to contact us regarding an alleged infringement may write to destek@iskaysoft.com. İskay Soft responds to properly made requests from competent authorities within the framework of applicable law.
6. Matters Not Warranted
6.1. The availability, continuity, quality, accuracy and uninterrupted delivery of content are outside İskay Soft's control; no undertaking is given in these respects.
6.2. İskay Soft bears no liability if a source shuts down, changes address, applies rate limiting or becomes inaccessible.
6.3. Warranties and limitations of liability regarding the technical operation of the application are set out in the End User Licence Agreement.
