Does NOXSIGN Player provide streams, channels or subscriptions?
No. NOXSIGN Player is only a player. It does not provide, host or recommend channels, films, series, lists or subscriptions; it plays the IPTV account you enter. The video flows directly from your account's provider to your device and never passes through our servers.
Which account types are supported?
Portal accounts based on the Xtream Codes API (address, username, password) and M3U / M3U8 list addresses. The details are verified before saving and kept encrypted on your device.
On how many devices can I use it?
Five devices with one account. Phone, tablet, Android TV, Windows, iPhone, iPad and Mac can be mixed. You see the device list on the account screen and remove any device with one tap.
How do I install it on Windows?
Just download and run the single file; there is no setup wizard. In Settings you can enable start with Windows and silent operation in the system tray; like a TV receiver, it instantly shows a stream sent from your phone.
When is the iPhone and iPad version coming?
The iPhone and iPad version is complete and under App Store review. When approved, the App Store badge appears on this page automatically. The Google Play version is in review in the same way; you can download the Android package from this page now.
Where are recordings stored?
Recordings are kept only in your device's memory; no recording is ever sent to our servers. You watch them from the "Recordings" section of the main menu and delete whatever you like. The right to record and the responsibility for it are subject to your account provider's terms.
Is audio transferred with screen mirroring?
Screen mirroring carries your phone's picture to the TV or Windows; the audio stays on the phone. To watch with sound, send the content with "Play on TV": that way picture and sound come from the device's own player.
What happens when the trial ends?
The app does not lock. You keep browsing; every stream you open plays for 10 minutes, then the subscription screen appears. Once you subscribe, the limit is removed and applies to all your devices with the same account.
How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Cancellation and refunds follow the rules of the store where you bought the subscription (Google Play or the App Store). After cancelling you keep using it until the end of the period; the licence of a refunded purchase is withdrawn shortly afterwards.
How do I delete my account and data?
Permanently, from the account screen inside the app or from the account deletion page on this site. Only your e-mail address is kept for the account; your IPTV account details are encrypted and cannot be read by us.
Legal framework
The terms of use of NOXSIGN Player are summarised below. Everyone who installs and uses the app is deemed to have read and accepted these terms and the linked documents.
- Nature of the product. NOXSIGN Player is solely media player software. It does not provide, host, transmit, recommend or broker any television channel, broadcast, film, series, channel list, subscription or content.
- Source of the content. All content displayed in the app comes from the IPTV account (stream source) entered by the user of their own free will and flows directly from that source to the user's device. İskay Bilişim does not access, monitor, store or record this content; recordings the user makes on their device remain on that device only.
- User's responsibility. The user accepts, declares and undertakes that the source entered is lawful, rests on a subscription or right duly obtained from the relevant broadcaster or rights holder, and complies with the legislation of the country they are in. All legal and criminal liability arising from any other use lies exclusively with the user.
- Relationship with third parties. NOXSIGN Player has no partnership, affiliation, representation or endorsement with any broadcaster, content provider, IPTV service or brand. Channel names, logos and posters that may appear in the app come from the user's own source and belong to their respective rights holders.
- Licence and subscription. The software is not sold; a personal, non-commercial right of use is granted under the licence agreement. The subscription is purchased via Google Play or the App Store; refunds, withdrawal and cancellation are handled under the rules of the relevant store, and the licence of a refunded purchase is withdrawn. No lifetime licence is offered.
- Service limits and disclaimer. The software is provided "as is". İskay Bilişim is not responsible for interruptions, picture quality, availability or content issues arising from the user's source. Subject to mandatory provisions of law, no liability is accepted for indirect or consequential damages.
- Personal data. Only an e-mail address is required for the account. IPTV account details are encrypted on the device; if linked to an account, only the encrypted copy is stored on the server and cannot be read by İskay Bilişim. Optional problem reports contain only the error code, device model, version and language. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and the Information Notice in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the GDPR. The account and data can be permanently deleted from within the app or from the account deletion page.
- Infringement notice and termination. Rights holders may send an infringement claim relating to the use of the app to destek@iskaysoft.com; notices are examined without delay. Using the app with unlawful sources is a breach of the licence agreement and results in termination of the licence without notice.
- Governing law. The agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye; consumers' rights under the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country they live in are reserved.
